  1. Find your entry directly by searching for it by performing a global Search and click it open.
    Or perform the following steps:
    1. Go to your stack and click on the “Entries” icon on the left navigation panel, or simply press “E” (both Windows and Mac users).
    2. Select the content type to which your entry belongs from the Content Type filter on the left.
    3. Locate your entry from the displayed list, and click it open.
  2. Make the necessary changes you need to make, and click on either Save or Publish to save or save and publish the changes.

Alternatively, you can also edit an entry from the list page. To do so, perform the steps given below:

You can choose to switch between version, edit an entry mapped in different locales, and preview content changes on-the-go.

Switch Between Versions

If you have created more than one version of the entry, you can load content from an earlier saved version by simply selecting the appropriate version from the dropdown given on the top-right corner. The information in all the fields will change depending on what was saved in that version. Now, if you need to make this the latest version, simply click on Save.

See Manage Entry Versions for more information.

Edit Entry of Different Languages

If your entry belongs to a different locale, click on the locale selector dropdown at the top and choose an option from the list available.

If you want to create a version of your entry in another language, see Localize an Entry for more info.

Preview Entry

Live Preview is a feature that allows you to preview content without publishing it to an environment or saving the changes made to the content. The content changes you make reflect in the preview portal in real-time.
