Copy an Entry
Copying an entry in Contentstack lets you duplicate existing content for easy reuse and efficient management. This feature helps create similar entries quickly, saving time and effort.
To copy an entry, log in to your Contentstack account and perform the following steps:
- Go to your stack and click the “Entries” icon in the left navigation panel or use the shortcut key “E” (for both Windows and Mac users).
- Locate the entry you want to copy.
- Click the horizontal ellipses at the bottom of the entry editor and select Copy from the dropdown menu.
- A duplicate entry opens in a new page. Modify it as needed and click Save to apply your changes.
Alternatively, to copy an entry from the Entries list page, click the vertical ellipsis in the Actions column of the entry, select Copy, make the changes, and click Save.
