Terms serve as the primary classification elements within a taxonomy, allowing you to establish hierarchical structures and incorporate them into entries.

To create a term, log in to your Contentstack account, and perform the following steps:

  1. Go to your stack where you want to create a term, navigate to the “Settings” icon (press “S”) on the left navigation panel, and select Taxonomy.
  2. Create a new taxonomy or select an existing taxonomy in which you want to create terms.
  3. Click the + New Term button.
