All Contentstack Experience Extensions

Note: Experience Extensions use the legacy approach with extensions. We recommend using the UI locations for the Contentstack App Framework to extend the functionality of your apps.

A CMS becomes a complete enterprise-level content platform if it has the capability to integrate with several third-party business applications. With Contentstack, integrating with external apps is easy. Below, we list some of the tools which you can integrate with Contentstack.

Fields

Use Contentstack's Field Experience Extensions to integrate custom fields into your content type letting you fetch resources of third-party apps.

  • Marketo Forms - This field lets you fetch and display the list of your existing Marketo forms into the field of your content type.
  • Optimizely - This field lets you serve personalized content by allowing you to select the audience for each entry.
  • YouTube - This field lets you fetch and display YouTube videos into a field of your content type.
  • Brightcove - This field lets you fetch and display your Brightcove videos into a field of your content type.
  • Egnyte - This field lets you fetch files of your Egnyte account and display them into a field of your content type.
  • External API Lookup -This field lets you fetch resources from third-party/external apps using APIs and display the resources in a field of your content type.
  • Ooyala - This field lets you fetch and display your Ooyala videos into a field of your content type.
  • Shopify - This field lets you load products of your Shopify store into the field of your content type.
  • Table - This field lets you add a table as a field in your content type.
  • commercetools - This field lets you search and fetch the products of your commercetools store and display them in a field in your content type.
  • Cloudinary - This field lets you fetch Cloudinary videos and images and display them into a field in your content type.
  • SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) - Using this field extension, you can search and fetch the products of your Hybris store and display them into the field of your content type.
  • Vimeo - Using this field extension, you can fetch Vimeo videos and display them into a field in your content type.
  • Eloqua - The Eloqua custom field lets you fetch and display your Eloqua forms into a field of your content type.
  • Adobe DAM - The Adobe DAM custom field lets you fetch your digital media  (images and videos) into a field of your content type.
  • Bynder - The Bynder custom field lets you fetch assets (images) from Bynder and display them into a field in your content type.
  • Amazon S3: The Amazon S3 custom field lets you fetch your content (documents, images, videos, and so on) and display them into a field of your content type.
  • CSV/XLSX: The CSV/XLSX custom field lets you fetch (or import) a CSV or an XLSX file and displays it into a field of your content type.
  • Brandfolder: The Brandfolder custom field lets you fetch assets from your Brandfolder account and display them into a field in your content type.
  • BigCommerce: This field lets you fetch and display products of your BigCommerce store into the field of your content type.
  • JW Player: The JW Player lets you fetch and display your JW Player videos into a field of your content type.
  • Salesforce Commerce Cloud: The Salesforce Commerce Cloud allows you to search and fetch the products of your Salesforce Commerce Cloud store and display them in a field of your content type.
  • Image Cropper: The Image Cropper custom extension allows you to fetch and crop images in a field of your content type.
  • Custom Reference Field: The Reference field custom extension allows you to fetch entries from multiple content types of your stack into a field of your content type.
  • Azure Blob Storage: This custom field allows you to fetch your data(documents, images, videos, etc) from Azure Blob Storage account and display them in a field of your content type.

Sidebar Extensions

Use Contentstack's Sidebar Experience Extensions that help you analyze the entry's content and get content recommendations using third-party APIs.

  • MonkeyLearn (Text Intelligence) - This sidebar extension uses MonkeyLearn APIs to provide helpful recommendations such as content summarizer, keyword extractor, retail classifier, etc.
  • Google Analytics - This sidebar extension uses the Google Analytics data to display the traffic analysis and statistics of your entry on the sidebar of your entry.
  • Optimizely Experiments - This sidebar extension integrates your existing Optimizely Experiments with Contenstack’s UI and allows you to retrieve and display the Experiment details into your entry page.
  • IBM Watson - This sidebar extension uses custom annotation models developed by Watson Knowledge Studio to analyze the data and extract meta-data from them.
  • Salesforce Einstein - This sidebar extension analyzes the text content of your entry, and using Einstein’s Language APIs, infers the sentiment or intent behind the content and displays the findings on the sidebar of your entry page.
  • Developer Tools - This custom sidebar extension provides developers with quick tools (API endpoint, JSON, etc.) to work with an entry or all entries of a content type and do a lot more.
  • Social Sharing - This sidebar extension allows you to share a piece of content (entry) such as title, URL, and body, on social media websites such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn directly from Contentstack.
  • Gatsby Preview - This sidebar extension lets you use preview service for your “Contentstack + Gatsby” websites and web apps allowing content managers to preview content changes instantly.

Dashboard Extensions

Use Contentstack's Dashboard Extensions that let you create extensions for the stack Dashboard.

  • Google Analytics -  This dashboard extension retrieves the Google Analytics data of the site associated with your stack using the Reporting API and displays the common metrics data (such as Page views, New Users) and user behaviors (such as average time on a page) on your Dashboard.
  • Content Type Visualizer Dashboard Widget - This Dashboard Extension offers a graphical representation of all content types, along with their fields, in a particular stack. This is similar to an ER diagram which is most commonly used in database management.
