Golfbreaks automates content fact-checking at scale with Agent OS
Autonomous workflows enforce content accuracy to improve operational efficiency and maintain venue data at scale.

venue listings monitored and maintained at scale
Using custom agents with Agent OS, Golfbreaks automated the complex process of verifying and updating venue facilities data across thousands of listings, reducing manual review work and helping teams focus on high-value content operations.
Background
Golfbreaks has run its content operations on Contentstack for years. But as its portfolio grew to thousands of golf venues, keeping each listing's facilities data accurate became a manual, never-ending task.
For Golfbreaks, venue information is more than just content. It directly impacts customer experience, trust and booking confidence. If a venue advertises a gym, spa or other facility, that information needs to be accurate and continuously maintained as venues evolve.
The challenge
Keeping venue data current had become a large-scale operational challenge for the Golfbreaks team. There was no single reliable source of truth for venue facilities information, requiring teams to manually cross-reference multiple third-party sources and venue websites to verify accuracy. The process was highly repetitive and difficult to scale. As venue information changed over time, teams were forced into ongoing manual review cycles just to identify what needed updating.
“Accuracy of venue facilities data is critical for us,” said Jack Simkins, Digital Product Manager at Golfbreaks. “If we say a venue has a certain facility, it needs to be correct.”
With thousands of listings to maintain, the operational burden of manually validating content limited the team’s ability to focus on higher-value initiatives.
The solution
Using Agent OS, Golfbreaks built and deployed a custom Fact Check Agent designed specifically for venue data verification workflows. The agent cross-references live Contentstack entries data against multiple sources, including venue websites, to verify facilities information and identify potential discrepancies, updates or missing information.
Rather than relying on periodic manual audits, the Fact Check Agent continuously runs in the background and surfaces recommendations directly to Contentstack users inside operational workflows. This has transformed how the Golfbreaks team approaches content governance and maintenance. Instead of reviewing every listing by hand, teams can now focus only on entries that require action and spend their time on work that delivers more value.
Golfbreaks also worked closely with the Contentstack team during implementation to refine prompts and agent logic early in the process, helping ensure accurate and reliable outputs once the workflow went live. “The outputs so far have been really promising,” Simkins said. “A key factor in that was the support from Contentstack during set-up, which meant the underlying prompt and logic were right from the start.”
The results
With the Fact Check Agent, Golfbreaks has been able to automate one of its most content-heavy operational workflows while improving team and customer confidence in venue data accuracy.
The biggest impact has been on team productivity and operational focus. Instead of spending time manually validating every venue listing, teams now work from prioritized recommendations surfaced by the agent, dramatically reducing repetitive review work. Agent OS has also enabled Golfbreaks to create a more scalable and sustainable approach to content governance as venue information continues to evolve over time.
Beyond the operational efficiencies, the project demonstrated how autonomous workflows can support real-world content operations without removing human oversight. Teams remain in control of approvals and decision-making while offloading repetitive validation tasks to AI-powered agents.
Looking ahead
Following the successful deployment of its Fact Check Agent, Golfbreaks is continuing to explore how autonomous workflows can improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort across additional areas of the business.
By leveraging Agent OS to automate repetitive content verification tasks, Golfbreaks is building a scalable foundation for more adaptive and efficient digital operations in the future.
