Administration Overview
Last updated October 28, 2026
Administration is where you manage your organization as a whole: its users, roles, teams, stacks, security, and identity settings. Changes you make here apply across every product in the organization.
Which sections you see depends on your Administration role and on what is enabled for your organization. For example, the Organization Owner and Admin see the user and role sections, while Single Sign-On (SSO) is managed by the Owner and the Security Manager.
Prerequisites
- Contentstack account
- An Administration role with access to the section you want to open
Open Administration
To open Administration, sign in to your Contentstack account and perform the following steps:
- If you belong to more than one organization, click your profile initials in the top-right corner and select the organization from Switch organization.
- Click the App Switcher icon in the top-right corner and select Administration.
Administration opens on the Org Info tab. The other sections appear as tabs along the top. When they do not all fit, the rest are under More.
