We're thrilled to announce the launch of Contentstack's new Analytics dashboard! This powerful, platform-wide tool is designed to provide you with increased visibility into how your teams are utilizing Contentstack across CMS, Launch, Automate, Brand Kit, and more. This initial phase combines and enhances the capabilities of Product Analytics and Mission Control, with the addition of branch-level data for the CMS. Currently, Analytics is only available to organization Owners and Admins, but we’re working hard to expand access to additional user roles in the near future, ensuring that everyone who needs data-driven insights can leverage this powerful tool. We have an exciting roadmap for Analytics, with multiple new screens and insights planned for the coming quarters.
A single pane of glass
As your content operations scale, so does the number of stacks, entries, automations, and content types across your Contentstack instance. To effectively optimize your content and site performance you need a center of gravity to inform your approach. You need to gain insights into usage, performance, and engagement in order to optimize workflows and make data-driven decisions. This is where Contentstack’s new Analytics app comes in.
Our Analytics app provides a centralized view of your organization's interactions with our products. This unified approach reduces some of the need for third-party monitoring integrations and provides a single pane of glass for checking on key performance indicators across content creation, publishing, delivery, automations, and front-end site metrics. And we’re just getting started.

With Analytics, you can proactively identify trends, track API usage and bandwidth, and gain a deeper understanding of how your teams are using the platform. This visibility empowers you to allocate resources effectively, optimize content operations, and prevent unexpected issues like overages and API errors.
