Map your data visually with Visual Schema Editor
We’re launching a new Visual Schema Editor that provides a streamlined workflow for visualizing schema mappings and bulk-editing your data schema with AI suggestions. For data teams, this transforms a complex, iterative task into an intuitive, visual process, dramatically reducing setup time and errors. For campaign orchestrators, this means new customer attributes are available in the profile sooner, allowing you to build new personalized journeys immediately.

Simplify data operations with a new job creation experience
We've streamlined one of the most common tasks: creating data import/export jobs. The new step-by-step Job Builder UI simplifies this process, lowering the barrier to entry and making it easier for your team to manage data pipelines and train new users.

Target with precision using our new and improved Audience Builder
Inside Audience Builder 2.0, we’ve released enhanced, intuitive, and more accessible controls for building audience segments. We've made it easier to build complex segments, whether it's through precise geographic rules, or using the new "between" operator to simplify date-based conditions. We’ve also added fuzzy audience matching to help prevent duplicate audience creation and improve data hygiene.

We know that speed means little without control, and we want to give you the confidence to scale effectively. As more teams utilize the platform and more customer journeys go live, you need robust guardrails to manage risk, compliance and system performance effectively. Here are specific updates that deliver exactly that:
Iterate on journeys instantly with new Flow controls
This is a huge agility win for campaign orchestrators. In Flows, you can now easily right-click to add or remove steps in a live or draft flow without having to rebuild the entire journey. Want to add a "wait" step or remove an email from a nurture campaign? It’s now a 10-second change, not a 10-minute rebuild.

Empower teams safely with permissions in Flows
We're introducing granular read/write user roles for Flows. This is how you scale effectively. You can now empower your marketing teams to build their own journeys (with write access) while providing the broader organization with visibility (with read access). For data teams, this is a critical guardrail that ensures only trained specialists can edit Flows that activate sensitive data.

Leverage 'Quiet Hours' to limit outbound event syncs
Prevent messages, alerts, or syncs from being sent during off-hours or other less‑than‑ideal times, even across global time zones. This helps you ensure a more thoughtful and respectful customer experience, no matter where your audience is.

Automate compliance with Job and Audience expiration
We have added a new feature to automatically disable or delete jobs and audiences after a specified date. This is critical for data hygiene and compliance, allowing you to automatically sunset old audiences to comply with GDPR or other retention policies. For marketers, this feature serves as an automated "cleanup crew" for seasonal campaigns, ensuring that no one accidentally targets last year's holiday audience.
