Brand Kit

Brand Kit is a platform tool that ensures AI-generated content is aligned with your brand’s unique voice and style. It leverages brand-specific knowledge, context, and instructions to guide AI in producing content that consistently resonates with your brand’s identity.

#1 - Knowledge Vault

  • Centralized Repository: Stores brand-specific content such as documents, guidelines, product information, historical marketing materials, legal disclaimers, and more.
  • Vector Database: Uses advanced vector search for semantic retrieval, enabling AI to ground its responses in your brand’s unique knowledge base.
  • API and Automation Integration: Content can be added or updated via UI, API, or Automate workflows, ensuring the Knowledge Vault stays current and relevant.

#2 - Voice Profiles

  • Customizable Brand Voice: Define rules for tone, style, formality, humor, and language complexity to match your brand’s communication style.
  • Multiple Profiles: Create different profiles for various audiences, channels, or content types (e.g., formal for press releases, friendly for social media).
  • Real-Time Testing: Use the Playground to experiment with and refine Voice Profiles before deploying them in production.

#3 - AI Assistant Integration

  • On-Brand Content Generation: The AI Assistant leverages Brand Kit’s Knowledge Vault and Voice Profiles to generate content that is always aligned with your brand’s standards.
  • Workflow Integration: Available in most text fields (single-line, multi-line, rich text, JSON RTE) and supports bulk operations and content generation based on other fields.

#4 - Automate Workflow Support

Brand Kit can be used in Automate workflows to ensure all AI-generated or automated content adheres to brand guidelines across all automated tasks and outputs.

#5 - Brand Consistency & Governance

  • Uniform Messaging: Ensures all content—regardless of channel or creator—maintains consistent tone, terminology, and style.
  • Admin Controls: Organization and stack admins manage access, with the ability to invite collaborators to contribute to or manage Brand Kits.

#6 - Flexible AI Model Support

The Assistant can be configured to use a variety of AI providers, including OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, and Google Vertex AI, giving organizations flexibility and control over their AI infrastructure.
