The home screen and the top navigation menu are designed to enhance user experience by providing a consolidated view of your workspace while allowing easy access to the tools and information you need the most.

Contentstack Home - Your Central Dashboard

The home screen serves as the starting point of your workflow in Contentstack. It provides a centralized dashboard view of all the products within Contentstack, including learning resources, platform updates, and quick links.

The home screen is organized into multiple sections to give you a quick, intuitive view of your workspace.

• Explore Apps: Navigate to Contentstack’s product suite from this section.

  Note: By default, all apps are displayed on the home screen to provide complete visibility into the Contentstack ecosystem. However, access to each app may vary based on your user role and your organization’s subscription plan.

Top Navigation Bar

The top navigation bar ensures essential tools and actions are always accessible. It streamlines browsing across stacks, products, and workspace areas.

The top navigation is designed to provide consistent access to Contentstack’s core modules.

• Menu Item Navigation: Key CMS modules such as Dashboard, Entries, Assets, Content Models, and Releases—along with similar modules for other Contentstack apps—are available as direct menu items in the top navigation bar.
• Product Menu (9-dot Grid): Click the grid icon on the top-right corner to access all Contentstack products. You can also find quick link to Favorites.
• Profile Settings: Easily switch between organizations and update profile settings such as your profile image, password, two-factor authentication, or others.

Contentstack Home acts as your central dashboard and the top navigation allows seamless traversing across modules, enabling you to navigate Contentstack efficiently and stay focused on building powerful digital experiences.
