Currently the Director of AI and Commerce Partnerships at Grid Dynamics, Jayme previously focused on IT project management and omnichannel strategy as a BA and Product Owner. He has experience in store operations, ERP, e-commerce, order management, fulfillment allocation, replenishment, inventory strategy, and vendor selection. He has substantial experience leading various industry initiatives with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience, inventory management processes, delivery and returns, and predictive and generative AI. His career started as an area manager leading the northeast division of a small box specialty retailer, driving exponential growth. Jayme is currently focused on helping enterprises transition from monolith to MACH-composability.
