The Entry Status panel helps you monitor an entry’s publishing state, release progress, and publishing rules. Use this panel when you need to verify where an entry is published, track its release lifecycle, or review approval requirements.

You can switch between different views using a dropdown to focus on specific details.

To switch the Entry Status view, log in to your [Contentstack account](https://www.contentstack.com/login/) and perform the following steps:
- Open an entry in your stack.
- Click the **Entry Status** panel.
- Click the dropdown at the top of the panel and select one of the following:**Publish Status**
- **Release Status**
- **Publish Rules**
- To refine the displayed data, click **Add Filters**.
- Select one or more filter options, such as **Languages** or **Environments**.
- Click **Apply**.

The panel updates to display results based on the selected filters. The selected filters remain applied across all views in the Entry Status panel.
