# .NET SDK Timeline Preview Advanced Patterns

Use this guide when you already have the core Timeline Preview setup in place and need implementation examples.

## Complex Content Structures with Timeline Preview

Timeline Preview works with nested groups, references, and arrays without changing your normal Fetch<T>() workflow.

## Common Pitfalls in Advanced Testing

*   Reusing one ContentstackClient for concurrent timeline runs without Fork().
*   Assuming timeline context persists safely between unrelated tests.
*   Passing extra keys to the timeline dictionary instead of the supported set (content\_type\_uid, entry\_uid, preview\_timestamp, release\_id).
*   Mixing setup responsibilities from SSR middleware and CSR endpoint routes on the same request path.
