Contentstack is growing faster than ever and we are looking to hire an SDR manager to join our Enterprise team. The SDR team is the first interaction with our prospective customers and is key to the success of Contentstack. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing leadership to optimize top of the funnel efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Hire, coach and manage a team of SDR reps
  • Develop the sales, product and industry skills of each team member
    • Play a hands-on role in coaching and providing feedback to your team
    • Listen to live and recorded calls and provide coaching feedback. Must also pick up the phone and coach reps on how to win discovery meetings
  • Conduct regular qualitative and quantitative analysis on performance and implement plans for improvement
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to ensure the success of campaigns, while providing constructive input to develop new campaigns and content
  • It’s essential that you constantly evaluate what campaigns or outbound points of focus are gaining traction and consequently ones the team is finding more roadblocks or less success with. Filtering through the “noise” to get to the low hanging fruit is key to being successful in this role
  • Efficiently and effectively understand the content management industry and specifically deliver the Contentstack value proposition
  • Help create a fun culture, high energy environment where people love coming to work by maintaining a high level of enthusiasm and motivation

Qualifications

  • Passion for coaching, mentoring, and growing teammates
  • 1-3+ years of experience as an SDR manager in SaaS
  • Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to grow a high performing team by recruiting and developing SDRs
  • Metrics and data-driven, with a history of performing above team quota
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Flexible (ability to work across different time zones) and able to think quickly
  • Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful
  • Hungry for growth professionally and personally
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com, Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Excel, Marketo & Discover.org is preferred
